SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our bespoke and custom garments are provided via personalized quotes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Bespoke Commissions)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website or via direct request. Maison Biel specializes in made-to-order and bespoke garments (such as the "Lacitos" coat). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Because our garments are uniquely crafted and tailored to specific measurements, all sales are considered final once the production process begins. In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Article 103), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom commissions once the initial deposit is paid. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any custom order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases or custom commissions made with our atelier.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Maison Biel se especializa en prendas hechas por encargo y a medida (como el abrigo "Lacitos").
Hemos hecho todo lo posible para mostrar con la mayor precisión posible los colores y las imágenes de nuestros productos.

Debido a que nuestras prendas se elaboran de forma única y se adaptan a medidas específicas, todas las ventas se consideran definitivas una vez que comienza el proceso de producción.
De conformidad con la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios de España (Artículo 103), el derecho de desistimiento no es aplicable al suministro de bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor o claramente personalizados.
Por lo tanto, no ofrecemos reembolsos, devoluciones ni cambios en encargos a medida una vez abonado el depósito inicial.
Nos reservamos el derecho de limitar las ventas de nuestros productos o Servicios a cualquier persona, región geográfica o jurisdicción.

Podemos, a nuestra entera discreción, limitar o cancelar las cantidades compradas por persona, por hogar o por pedido.
En el caso de que hagamos un cambio o cancelemos un pedido, intentaremos notificarle poniéndonos en contacto con el correo electrónico y/o la dirección de facturación/número de teléfono proporcionados en el momento en que se realizó el pedido.
Usted acepta proporcionar información de compra y cuenta actual, completa y precisa para todas las compras o encargos a medida realizados con nuestro atelier.
