As we step into the kitchen, I’d like to tell you about myself, maybe you’ve got an idea in your head about who I am, but I’d like to tell you more.
I’m from the land of the wind and sea, where the greenest green is not quite sage, more like an olive. Where the most frequent rain falls not from the sky but from the splashing of waves. A land of tenacious and kind folk, sailors and tillers alike. A land that raised me to follow my goals before it drowns me first.
I’ll be waiting! I’ll make sure to have something that is more to your taste, I’m sure!
